• The Challenge
An international architecture practice required a bespoke, high-performance web platform combining an immersive public portfolio with an advanced custom admin console. Key technical requirements included supporting multi-step client inquiries, paid consultations with secure Stripe Checkout, real-time Google Calendar booking synchronization, optimized media streaming via Cloudinary, and consistent content updates without manual overhead.
• The Solution
Built the platform end-to-end: Next.js 14 frontend, Express/MongoDB API, JWT-authenticated admin console for all content. Stripe handles paid consultations, Google Calendar keeps bookings conflict-free, Cloudinary streams the media. Recently extended it with Claude Code automation that publishes weekly blogs, posts new projects, and keeps consultation pricing current — turning routine admin into a background process.
