And with thousands of near-identical listings, people still struggle to find a property that actually fits their life. The goal for ESKAN was to cut out the middleman entirely: connect owners and clients directly, with zero commission and no hidden fees, while making the right property genuinely easy to find.

ESKAN is a commission-free platform where owners list their properties directly and clients reach them through built-in chat and inquiry tools — no agent, no commission, no hidden fees. An AI layer reads each listing and the user's intent to surface the most relevant matches, so buyers spend less time scrolling and more time on homes that actually fit them. It's built on Next.js with a Node/Express + MongoDB backend, real-time WebSocket messaging, Cloudinary media handling, and DeepSeek-powered AI search and recommendations.
